We’ve had a significant amount of feedback about our guest experience in the first year of being open. As a new business, this is all valuable information, and for this reason we take constructive feedback to heart. Here are a few commonly asked questions to help you know what to expect during your visit.

Who are you and how does this place work?
We are a sustainable seafood restaurant and low-intervention wine shop. Due to our capacity and small (but mighty) team, we do not have a traditional service model. Instead we ask that you check in inside upon arrival, order directly at the counter, and we will show you to your seats and take it from there! You are welcome to open a tab or close out when ordering. As we are able, we offer table service for any further ordering. Though we are a non-traditional restaurant in many ways, we are here to help guide you throughout your meal, and love the part of our jobs that involves us talking to you about food, wine, sustainability, and whatever else you are passionate about! We are a small, independent restaurant with all outdoor seating in a converted patio where there used to be two parking spaces. We believe it is a privilege to dine out during a pandemic, and we promise to do our best to make it an exceptional, safe experience for you. We work with an incredible team and pay each member equitably for their unique contribution in bringing this vision to life.

Can Scout come?
Dogs are welcome on the patio as long as they are well-behaved with others and do not interfere with regular service.

How do I make or cancel a reservation?
Reservations and cancellations (within 12 hours) can be made in the RESY app. A cancellation fee of $30/guest will be charged through RESY for late cancellations. For large parties, special events, and buyouts, please email ciao@crudoenudo.com.

How do I get a hold of someone on the phone?
We are unable to get to the phone the majority of the time we are open. We check messages before and after service, and answer when we can! We are sorry - it is just not a position we can (or want to) soley staff at the moment. We check email often and that is the best way to get a hold of us.

Do you allow for corkage?
We encourage guests to try something from our bottle shop when possible as it’s especially selected for each item that we serve, and we do believe there is something for everyone. For special occasions, we charge $45/750mL bottle with a two bottle limit.

What’s on the menu today?
Our menu is handwritten daily depending on what is most fresh, in season, and available. For a pretty good idea of what we offer daily, please see below!
